The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC) is recruiting for industry- experienced Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) for a “direct-placement” opportunity supporting our Client’s Pain Management focused Neuroscience franchise.  Our Client is a leading specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of neuroscience, hospital and acute care medicines. 

Serving as an internal resource and regional extension of the company’s medical affairs department, MSLs are responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders involved in various phases of product development, progressing the advancement of science and medicine.  MSLs provide medical information through scientific exchange in a fair-balanced manner, as well as discuss disease states and approved therapeutic options.  Positions are field-based and require professionals with established credibility to interact with thought leaders and centers of influence in academic, hospital, managed care, key account & governmental settings.

Location: Northwest (Seattle)

Requirements: Doctorate level scientific degree is required (PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent)

Candidates must possess prior field-based pharmaceutical industry experience.

Clinical experience within the therapeutic area of Neuroscience.

Strong presentation skills are essential. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and demonstrated teaching and research strengths are necessary to succeed in this position. A proven ability to work independently as well as in cross functional networks.
